SmartLift™ is a completely integrated production and maintenance solution for monitoring of Oil Fields and main task is to help customers to stay productive, improve reliability, and increase production and profitability. SmartLift™ Solutions delivers production data and control to you anywhere anytime. SmartLift™ system consists of Front End Controller (FEC), Data Server software and Web application.
If you integrate SmartLift™ modem on your field equipment, it is no longer matter where the field equipment is. Anywhere on whole planet they are, they can be remote monitored and controlled
SmartLift™ Web application is web based solution. Customer can supervise, control and analyze data in real time. Only internet browser and internet connection is needed to access data. Monitor live data in real time, view trends, analyze logged data, review alarm and event list and print reports from anywhere.
There are several SmartLift™ solutions:
ESP and PCP with down hole motor
SmartLift™, real-time integrated diagnostic system, intelligent control and regulation of system operation ensures the longest ESP/PCP operation in a well, accurate prediction of each ESP/PCP component performance. Underperforming of ESP and PCP system can be easily and quickly identify. This concept of intelligent and self-adaptive system prevents costly failures through a proactive early warning system.
Horizontal Pumping System (HPS)
Users of SmartLift™ get fully automated HPS: increase HPS uptime, extend run life, reduce injection wells interventions, improve total HPS operation KPI and optimize production through efficient water injection management. SmartLift™ system is allowing secure, remote HPS start and properly adjustment using variable-speed drive (VSD) capabilities. HPS system can be easily stopped and protect from catastrophic failure.
Sucker Road Pump
SmartLift™ system enables efficient operation of rod pump wells by allowing operators to monitor, control and analyze data collected from controllers at the surface. Interpretation of respective surface or bottom-hole dynamo meters gives information about the sucker rod pump system performance and problems.
The SmartLift™ system can run these calculations and analysis automatically and recognize the problem wells.
Continuous Gas Lift
The SmartLift™ continuous lift module incorporates the curve fit calculations to determine the most probably coefficients for matching optimized and measured Lift Gas Response curve allowing selection of the best strategy for managing well operation considering economic and technical constraints on field.
SmartLift™ uses the following rule: A gas lift system is optimized when the maximum possible rate of oil is produced with the available circulated gas volume.
Intermittent Lift Operation
The SmartLift™ intermittent module is a powerful and flexible tool used to analyze fluid flow in the reservoir and well bore, and to diagnose the problems in wells operating intermittently. Numerous information and data were collected to calibrate developed model and to modify known solutions and to get a model to fit purposes efficient real time simulator of intermittent operation.
